The result is juicy, ripe fruit-driven wine, with tropical citrus, mango, and peachy aromas and flavors, and with accents of vanilla and toast. My review: Zaca Mesa Chardonnay poured a white color with aromas of apple, pears, and mango that filled the nose. The wine was fresh on the palate with strong fruit notes and a crisp finish.
Food: I did not pair this wine with food.
