My review: El Sierro Macabeo/Chardonnay poured clear in the glass. Aromas of honey, tart apples, and cinnamon came through on the nose. Flavors of tart apples also appeared on the palate with a dry, tart finish. I was not the biggest fan of this blend.
Food: I did not pair this wine with food.
